Arsenal Eyes Bilal El Khannouss: £30M Move from Leicester City

Arsenal is said to have initiated talks with Leicester City for the potential signing of Moroccan star player Bilal El Khannoussi ahead of the next summer transfer window, as reported by the platform "caughtoffside".

The report indicates that El Khannouss has performed impressively with "Les Grenats" this season, prompting Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta to support the transfer. It is mentioned that Arsenal has presented a compelling bid amounting to as much as €30 million for the player.

According to the same source, El Khannouss might be willing to leave Leicester City, particularly following the team’s relegation from the Premier League this season. The Moroccan national player apparently views a move to Arsenal as a possible major advancement in his career.

Talks between the two teams are apparently happening, with their perspectives seemingly coming together. Leicester seems willing to allow El Khannouss to leave for the suggested price.

This season, El Khannouss played in 34 games for Leicester City in total competitions, netting 3 goals and delivering 5 assists. He remains under contract with "the Foxes" till the summer of 2028.
